Important: Space is Limited

Vendors and food providers are approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Duplicate vendors and services are not permitted. The RFOJ Committee does not guarantee attendance or weather conditions.

How to Apply

    Contact the Coordinator First

    Before submitting an application, contact the appropriate vendor coordinator to confirm space availability and ensure there are no duplicate vendors.

    Download and Complete the Application

    Download the 2026 Vendor Application PDF. Fill out all required information: business name, email, phone, contact person, booth size, products/services offered, and any special setup needs.

  3. 3

    Include Payment and Required Documents

    Mail your completed application with a check or money order payable to RFOJ. Food vendors must also include a copy of liability insurance and Clark County Public Health permit (see clark.wa.gov/public-health).

  4. 4

    Submit by 5:00 PM on June 17, 2026

    Applications, payment, and all required documents must be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026. No-shows receive no refund.

Vendor Types & Requirements

Food Vendors

$250 per 10×10 space

Contact Desirae Parsons for food vendor approval and questions.

  • Pre-approval required from food vendor coordinator
  • Clark County Public Health permit required
  • Copy of liability insurance required
  • Specify electricity needs and cooking methods in application
  • Must indicate smoke/steam production
  • Set up by 9 AM, remain staffed until 5 PM

Craft & General Vendors

$60 per 10×10 space

Contact Cassandra Cootz for craft and general vendor approval and questions.

  • Pre-approval required from vendor coordinator
  • No duplicate vendors or services
  • Spaces assigned on first-apply, first-assigned basis
  • Booth must be under cover (tent or canopy)
  • All non-booth vehicles parked in vendor area by 9 AM
  • Remain staffed and operational until 5 PM
